CBD is used in treating epileptic seizures in children and it is safe for them. Famous organizations like Netherlands Hemp Dispensary have stated that it cannot harm children. The World Health Organization has recommended removing CBD from the Schedule I drugs list. A 2016 study regarding the use of CBD oil for treating Insomnia and Psychiatric Anxiety in children,  stated it to be safe.

Taking into account the above facts and many positive pieces of evidence, we can say that CBD oil for managing ADHD symptoms is a safe and reliable option. As more researches are being conducted, we can have more concrete evidence for its effectiveness. But you have to remember that not everyone needs CBD as their physiology is different. For some, it might be more effective than others.
